Watch Milind, one of our Youth BJJ students, win Gold in the New Breed No-Gi division on April 1st. In the span of a 4 minute match Milind (green shorts) demonstrated a well-rounded game and a variety of offensive and defensive techniques:

- Hip escape from mount
- Armlock escape
