Jiu-Jitsu in Boxing | Self-defense BJJ in PA

Why learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) for self-defense? BJJ is the ONLY martial art that effectively addresses what to do when a fight goes into a clinch or onto the ground.

Clinch (Klinch) verb: in Boxing, the act or instance of one or both boxers holding the other about the arms or body in order to prevent or hinder the opponent’s punches.

You see, even in Boxing fighters will grab ahold of one another! The difference is, there is no referee on the street to separate you. What happens after the clinch depends on which person is better prepared to fight on the ground.

Watch this youtube highlight to see how often the clinch happens in one fight:

If you want to learn how to defend yourself in a REAL life street fight, you must know how to fight on your feet AND on the ground. Here’s the good news, Paramount BJJ has Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, and Muay Thai kickboxing programs. Click HERE or call 610-269-1127 for more info on training there for a Whole Month FREE.
