Saturday: 11am Open mat (no classes)
Sunday: Closed
Monday: 11am Open mat (no classes)
*All students from Paramount AND students of other academies are welcome at the open mats.
Advanced Teens BJJ Belt Promotions
Monday, May 23rd during class.
Adult BJJ Stripe Tests
Saturday, June 4th at 11am
Tuesday, June 7th at 7:30pm
Sign up sheets will be available at the front desk two weeks prior to the dates.
Adult BJJ Belt Promotions
On Saturday, June 18th at 11am some of the black belts will be awarded their 1st degree, and several other students will be promoted as well. All adult BJJ students are encouraged to attend.
There will be no adult classes (no BJJ, Muay Thai, or Boxing), however all kids and teens classes will still be held.
IBJJF Washington DC Open
For the first time in almost 3 years the world’s biggest Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu organization is holding an event close to Paramount! This is a great opportunity for adult competitors to experience the most professional tournament there is. An IBJJF membership is required to compete, which you can acquire via IBJJF.com. Don’t wait because there is an approval process for the membership.
