Team Day This Saturday
This Saturday (Aug 17th) is Team Day at BJJ United, an annual gathering of the many schools under the TAC Team BJJ banner. BJJ United is located in Jenkintown, PA, and is the home base for our team. The event will include brown and black belt promotions (none from Paramount), a team photo, and optional training. It starts at 11 am sharp. There is street parking so leave early. All Saturday classes at Paramount will still be held, with the exception of the Competition Class.
Adult BJJ Stripe Tests
The summer/fall stripe tests for the adult BJJ students will take place on Friday, Sept. 6th at 6pm and Saturday, Sept. 7th at 11 am. A sign-up sheet will be at the front desk this week- make sure to reserve your spot!
Youth Muay Thai Classes
We’re bringing back the Youth (age 8 and up) Muay Thai classes in September! Classes will take place from Sept. 3 to Nov. 26, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm. There is limited space, so make sure to register right away. You can register, or get more info, by emailing brad@paramountbjj.com.
