There are many high-percentage submission holds in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), like the triangle, armlock, mata leao choke, and more. But none are as easy to apply as the wrist lock. At Team Lloyd Irvin, our students have been on a wristlock kick lately.
