As you may have seen, Governor Tom Wolf announced a new order regarding the wearing of masks. We are implementing a modified version of what several YMCA branches have done. As of today, July 2nd:
Everyone age 8 and up must have on a mask when they enter the facility, and that mask must remain on when not actively exercising. In other words, wear a mask unless you’re on the mats participating in class. During class, please have a small bag or container to keep your mask in so that it remains clean.
Even though we’re in close proximity to our training partners while in class, wearing a mask all other times will make a positive difference given the coming and going of members in different classes.
