The 2015 North American Grappling Championships (NAGA) is coming to Broomall, PA this Saturday (February 7th). Paramount BJJ will be bringing a team of both adults and children to compete. Here is the tentative roster for the adult team:
- Kevin MacMullen (brown belt)
- Phil Mento (blue belt, competing up a division at purple belt)*
- Greg Hagner (blue belt)
- Branden King (blue belt)
- George Carrera (white belt)
- Justin Mazzi (white belt)
- Mike Snyder (white belt)
- Don Powell (white belt)
The children’s competition team will be decided in the next few days.
* NAGA allows blue belts to enter the purple belt division, which Phil did last year when he and Mike Thomas won. Since he won last year, he is no longer permitted to enter the blue belt division.
